Job Description
- Experience integrating AEM with Workfront for project management and task coordination.
- Knowledge of integrating AEM with Target for personalized marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of other CMS platforms such as Sitecore, SDL Tridion, WordPress.
- Experience with energy business and systems that support retail energy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to provide appropriate cross functional support and interaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure, remaining focused and calm in the face of distractions, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-Deployment, may provide ongoing maintenance & support of solution & knowledge transfer to appointed team
Skill Requirements
- Design and develop AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows to create engaging digital experiences.
- Develop, implement, and configure AEM solutions using Sling, JCR, Sightly, Java, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Optimize AEM applications for performance and scalability.
- Manage digital assets and site architecture within the CMS
- Strong foundation in Java programming, including OOP concepts, design patterns, and frameworks. Experience with Java EE technologies.
- Knowledge of integrating AEM with Target for personalized marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Familiarity with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Understanding of content fragments and experience fragments for headless content and content sharing
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features and technologies.
- Application configuration experience and testing experience.
- Participating in project planning sessions with team members to analyze business and technical requirements.
- Experience with CDP solutions like Tealium or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Engineering process excellence and experience with software development lifecycle principles.
- Familiarity with Agile Development techniques and experience working with development teams working with Scrum/Kanban/XP methodologies.
- Flexibility, dedication, and team-spirit are a must.
Education
Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant business discipline from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.
